This takes me back to laying on your bed at Joe and Jane's and listening to music. It's by an artist named Austin Kleon. The website where I found it is also really cool: http://www.20x200.com/email/web/edition-announcement-368-austin-kleon.html

Early mornings!
So, I went to bed early last night and woke up incredibly early (7 AM). Haha. I painted the doors on my bookcase (not done, but I'll post a picture when they're completed), went through my clothes (Nat and Paige are doing a clothes exchange tmrw), and looked up cowl patterns (to make this girl), and posting (right now).
I'm sure I'll probably crash and want to take a nap in an hour, but that's ok because I was totally productive this morning.

Souvenir
Upon request, Ryland brought these dolls back from Russia for me. He told a story about braving a snow storm in Red Square to get to the most touristy shop he could find to buy them. They remind me of Grandma Rita's old apartment because she always had them around and growing up I would play with them.
They live in the kitchen now next to my favorite piece of art. :-)

Craft Time
Let's do this craft:
Here is a link on how to make these paperweights. We should each pick an image and pick that to make for the other person. Friend!

Avenelle Wedge
Have you gotten the new J. Crew catalog? I'm DROOLING over these Avenelle wedges. How cute would these be for spring/summer? I'm going to hunt these down when they're on sale. Haha.

Hi Friend
I will leave it to Van Gogh on this first post, and you
were the one that told me about sunflowers and friends. :-)
